Join us at the Linklater Pavilion and a second Lewes venue (to be announced) for a carefully curated day of inspiration, relaxation, and renewal.
Morning Talks (10:00 – 12:30)
Start your day with inspiring talks on kindness, wellbeing, and resilience, offering space for reflection and meaningful conversations. Enjoy a mid-morning refreshment break to pause and connect.
Lunch (12:30-1:30)
Afternoon Activities (1:30 – 4:30)
Choose your own path to recharge with a selection of
gentle, restorative experiences, including:
Yoga – Ground yourself through mindful movement
Sound Bath – Experience deep relaxation through sound healing
Meadow Bathing – Find stillness and connection in nature
Workshops – Engage in hands-on sessions to support reflection and renewal
Closing Reflection (4:30 – 5:00)

There is no parking on site but the station car park is nearby along with an NCP on Court Road.
Lewes has excellent rail connections to London, Brighton and Eastbourne. Along with bus connections to the surrounding area. The venue is a short walk from Lewes train station and the town centre.

Comfortable clothing for movement activities and a water bottle. Yoga mats and props will be provided.
Not at all! The sessions are designed for you to choose your own pace and activities.
Yes, a nourishing lunch and refreshments are included. Although we understand not everyone will want lunch provided so we will have a ticket option without lunch too.
We encourage full participation, but if you need to leave early or arrive late that is absolutely fine, let us know so we can make you welcome.
